Podium Prize Term & Condition

ADHYAKSA INTERNATIONAL RUN 2025

1. All prizes in the form of money will be handed over in

transfer max 14 days to the winners after the stage

ceremony and after the winner's data has been

verified.

2. The prize tax is fully covered by the winner;

•Indonesian Citizen Winner with Tax Identification

number: 5%

•Indonesian Citizen Winners without Tax

Identification number: 6%

•Foreign Winner: 20% + USD 25-30

3. Winners must present their valid and original ID/

Driver’s License/Passport and NPWP Identity Card.

4. Winners who cannot present their original Identity

Card as mentioned above are not eligible for prizes.

5. All podium winners MUST report and verify data to

the verification tent and go up on stage themselves

and are prohibited from being represented by others

for any reason. If the winner cannot show themselves

in the process, their victory will be annulled and the

winner will be disqualified.

6. Organizer will NOT be responsible for delay in prize

handover process that is caused by incorrect entry

of data.

7. Organizer shall be entitled not to give any prizes if

the winner is unable to comply with all or part of the

provisions outlined above.

8. The prize awarded to the winner shall be

responsibility of the winner and release the

Organizer as well as event owner for all

accompanying obligations in the future.
